about the role

As Brand Manager, Global Brand Management - Collaborations, you will play a key role in shaping how lululemon shows up in culture through global collaborations and special projects. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Brand Management - Collaborations, you'll lead the development and delivery of initiatives that create desire, expand cultural relevance, and inspire new audiences.

You will work in close partnership with Product, Brand Creative, Brand Partnerships, Strategy, Channel leads, and Regional Marketing teams to help bring collaboration stories to life across every guest touchpoint. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, precise execution, and cultural awareness to ensure every partnership reflects lululemon's brand vision and delivers meaningful impact.

a day in the life

  • Lead the development and execution of global collaboration and energy marketing initiatives including the end-to-end go-to-market process.
  • Partner with Product, Brand Creative, and Channel teams to ensure storytelling, creative, and campaign assets align with brand strategy and deliver a cohesive guest experience.
  • Manage day-to-day project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to keep initiatives on track and on brief.
  • Create campaign and initiative briefs for leadership reviews, partner alignment and agency onboarding.
  • Track and report on campaign performance in partnership with Insights and Channel teams; help identify learnings and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor cultural trends and identify emerging opportunities that align with lululemon's brand and purpose.
  • Manage budget trackers, invoices, and administrative processes to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Build strong relationships across global and regional partners, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within fashion, sport, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven experience supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives, campaigns, or collaborations.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, cultural trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for lululemon, movement, and mindful living.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $81,500 - $107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
