Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Hiive’s communications strategy across platforms

• Revise and enhance corporate messaging and brand voice

• Serve as advisor to leadership on media positioning

• Forge relationships with media and industry influencers

• Supervise internal communications for organizational alignment

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in communications or PR

• Proven ability to lead communication functions in high-growth settings

• Strong storytelling and effective writing skills

• Robust experience managing media relations and crises

• Capacity to develop strategies in ambiguous scenarios
