Position: Harbour Air's Internal Communications Lead
Elevate internal communications at Harbour Air as the Internal Communications Lead. In this full-time role, you will foster clarity and connection across all levels of the organization.

This managerial position reports directly to the VP of People, Culture and Safety, requiring expertise in internal communications accrued over six years. You'll work closely with leaders to create clear messaging and implement change management tactics to engage our diverse workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create simple messaging for all functions and bases

• Deliver company-wide updates and leadership communications

• Build communication frameworks to standardize messages

• Lead the implementation of the new intranet

• Support leaders in effective communication during transitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or similar

• 6-10+ years of progressive communications experience

• Proven ability to handle messaging during change

• Strong advisory skills for senior leaders

• Familiarity with intranet and digital tools
