Position: Account Supervisor at DEPT - Hybrid
Lead dynamic client campaigns with DEPT as an Account Supervisor in Toronto. This hybrid role combines project management and strategic planning to deliver impactful marketing communications.

As part of the Global Studios team, you’ll oversee integrated campaigns while managing client relationships. The ideal candidate brings agency experience and a deep understanding of marketing communications in various formats, especially digital and CRM. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure the creative vision is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review client briefs effectively

• Ensure deadlines are met for multiple campaigns

• Liaise with clients to manage expectations

• Transmit client feedback to internal teams

Requirements:

• Previous Account Supervisor or Senior Account Manager experience

• Knowledge of CRM platforms like Iterable or Salesforce

• Strong organizational skills for multiple projects

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions
