As an Upper Class Campus Leader, you will play a crucial role in recruiting creators and managing your campus team. Your tasks include coordinating brand and university campaigns, guiding student creators in their content, and ensuring ongoing engagement. This flexible, part-time position requires about 4 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new student creators effectively
• Manage and guide your Upper Class Campus Team
• Organize and coordinate campaigns for brands and universities
• Advise creators on content strategies and participation
• Foster consistent activity and growth among creators
Requirements:
• Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
• Previous experience in project or community management
• Flexibility to work asynchronously
• Passion for creating and sustaining online communities
• Valid SIN for compensation purposes
