Director of Communications

Drive communications excellence for Well More as their Communications Director, located in Vancouver, BC, with flexible remote options. This full-time role requires strategic thinking and a proven background in PR and brand engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand, you'll create and implement communication plans for Well More's notable brands, including Great Lakes Wellness and From Great Origins. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital marketing background and experience in managing partnerships and influencer relationships, while fostering a collaborative environment within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee communication strategies for all brands

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams

• Coach a team of four, promoting a strong culture

• Analyze performance against KPIs and adjust strategies

• Supervise external agency relationships and budgets

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Digital Marketing or Communications

• Expertise in strategic communications planning

• Experience with eCommerce brand management

• Strong presentation skills for campaign buy-in

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
