• Strategic Planning:
  Direct the marketing strategies of the firm to promote various Canadian immigration programs and consulting services.
• Campaign Management:
  Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising campaigns across digital and social media to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Market Research:
  Analyze market research data and immigration policy trends (IRCC) to improve business decisions and service positioning.
• Business Development:
  Establish distribution networks and partnerships with international agencies and educational institutions.
• Budgeting:
  Plan and control departmental budgets and expenditures for promotional events and seminars.
• Team Leadership:
  Hire, train, and motivate staff, providing direction to marketing coordinators and creative teams.
• Supervision:
  Supervise staff and oversee daily operations within the marketing and sales departments.
• Public Relations:
  Act as a spokesperson for the organization and direct the production of educational and publicity programs.

• Education:
  
  A university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Experience:
  
  3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or public relations, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Professional knowledge of the immigration service industry is a strong asset.
