Responsibilities
- monitor digital performance indicators including engagement, traffic, conversion activity, and user retention
- prepare reporting structures for patient onboarding performance and institutional lead generation
- support analysis of user behavior across patient and caregiver workflows
- identify communication gaps affecting retention and adoption among target users
- assist in refining positioning for both B2B and B2C growth channels
- track campaign performance and support controlled marketing optimization
- provide structured reporting for leadership decision-making and commercialization planning
- support early-stage subscription conversion analysis and engagement refinement
- contribute to long-term revenue visibility through operational reporting
