As Head of Internal Communications, you will be responsible for developing impactful strategies that connect business goals with employee communication. With a background of over eight years in communications, you’ll independently manage complex initiatives and advise senior leadership on effective messaging and narrative execution.
Your role will blend strategy and hands-on tactics to achieve clarity and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create global communications strategies that connect teams
• Launch high-impact initiatives ensuring alignment
• Shape executive messaging and employee stories during key moments
• Track and evaluate communication program effectiveness
• Develop all-hands materials and leadership announcements
Requirements:
• 8+ years in internal or executive communications
• Proven success in strategic communications leadership
• Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills
• Strong presence in advising senior leaders
• Ability to utilize data for program improvement
