Sponsorship Outreach Coordinator - ACE UBC

Take on the role of Sponsorship Outreach Coordinator with ACE UBC, focusing on securing essential sponsor ships to support exciting initiatives. Develop key business skills while preparing for the ACE Nationals.

You will assist the VP External with outreach efforts, establishing relationships with corporate sponsors and managing communication. This role features weekly training sessions that sharpen your technical skills and public speaking while gearing up for the ACE Nationals Case Competition in January 2027. A commitment of 2-5 hours per week offers a chance to build a professional network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify corporate sponsorship opportunities for ACE UBC

• Conduct outreach to industry professionals

• Create engaging sponsorship portfolios for outreach

• Support outreach to clubs, alumni, and businesses

• Assist in securing judges for mock competitions

Requirements:

• Interpersonal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities

• Public speaking experience

• Curiosity to learn

• Outreach experience is a plus

Contribute to ACE UBC's sponsorship efforts while training for an impactful competition experience.
