In this pivotal role, you will define and implement comprehensive email and SMS lifecycle strategies for multiple telehealth and wellness clients. Your expertise in Customer.
IO and Omnisend will be crucial for developing automation flows and promotional calendars. A strong agency background is required as you'll manage various client accounts concurrently while focusing on compliance in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish email and SMS lifecycle strategies for clients
• Build email flows for onboard, retention, and winback campaigns
• Write compliance-optimized copy for marketing campaigns
• Create targeted audience segments based on data analysis
• Analyze and report on retention metrics for client success
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of lifecycle marketing experience
• Agency experience with multiple client portfolio management
• Skilled in Customer.io and Omnisend platforms
• Familiarity with compliance in telehealth marketing
• Proficient copywriting and strategic thinking abilities
