SHARE Associate Director of Marketing Communication

You will play a pivotal role in guiding SHARE’s communication efforts, implementing integrated strategies that reflect the organization’s values. Reporting to the Director of Public Affairs, you’ll work collaboratively with management to ensure successful execution of marketing and communications plans. This leadership position requires a passion for human rights and effective messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategic communications and marketing planning.
• Manage production timelines and ensure quality delivery.
• Facilitate effective media relations and outreach strategies.
• Guide writing and editing for various communication formats.
• Supervise external vendor relationships and execution.
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in communications or marketing roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong commitment to anti-racism and Indigenous rights.
• Fluency in English required;
French is beneficial.
