In this executive role based in North Vancouver, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Arc’teryx’s global presence. Your leadership of a diverse team of brand managers will drive strategic positioning and develop impactful marketing frameworks. This role seeks an individual with significant outdoor industry experience to elevate our brand and inspire creativity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive vision and leadership for brand managers

• Build and own key gates in the Global GTM process

• Foster collaboration with Design and Product teams

• Oversee creation of innovative brand campaigns

• Champion a culture of belonging within brand marketing

Requirements:

• 15+ years in a global apparel brand role

• Proven track record of multi-year strategy execution

• Strong people leadership and team-building skills

• Deep experience with brand marketing systems

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
