Digital Marketing Paid Internship

Looking to build a real career in digital marketing, not just pad your resume? We're a small Vancouver-based digital marketing agency where you’ll get hands-on experience across SEO, content, paid ads, and email, and get mentored by people who actually want to teach you the ropes. We’re looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Intern who’s genuinely curious about this field and wants to learn.

About you

You're naturally curious about marketing and enjoy figuring out why some brands and campaigns perform better than others. Maybe you've managed a social account, built a website, started a side project, or simply found yourself analyzing ads instead of skipping them.

You're eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, and excited to gain hands-on experience working on real client projects alongside experienced marketers.

Full training and support will be provided for each activity:

• Create visual assets and banners in Canva for social, blog and paid ad content
• Proof marketing emails and check that links are trackable
• Help maintain client reporting dashboards so our team can make data-driven marketing decisions
• Optimize webpage titles and meta descriptions to improve search visibility
• Fix broken links and add image descriptions for accessibility and SEO
• Research keywords to guide content and campaigns
• Refresh and consolidate existing blog content for client websites
• Assist with building and optimizing landing pages designed to convert visitors into customers

• You're serious about building a career in digital marketing and have already explored the field through coursework, personal projects, freelance work, content creation, or managing social media
• Comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback, we're big on mentorship and want to invest in your growth
• Takes initiative and follows through, even on small or repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where priorities can shift
• You have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, polished work
• A clear writer who can explain things simply without losing the nuance
• Comfortable picking up new tools like Canva, Word Press, Google Analytics, Unbounce
• Spend time on Instagram, Linked In, or Pinterest and have a sense of what works there
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

We’re a small team of senior marketers delivering measurable results for clients through paid ads, SEO and email marketing. We work hard, stay curious and believe in learning by doing, which is exactly what this internship is built around.

• Start/End date:
• September 1 - November 30, 2026 (3 months), with the possibility of extending the contract or adjusting hours beyond the initial 3 months based on fit and availability
