Part-Time Marketing Coordinator - Metro

Join the Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation as a part-time Marketing & Media Communications Coordinator. This hybrid role focuses on social media engagement, creative content, and community connection.

This position is a one-year maternity leave contract ideal for creative individuals with a passion for nature. You will manage social media content, capture stunning visuals, and assist in various marketing campaigns. Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to amplify the Foundation’s mission and engage youth programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule social media content for two organizations

• Capture photography and videography during events

• Design graphics for marketing campaigns and social media

• Support fundraising initiatives and donor communications

• Draft media releases and blog posts highlighting conservation efforts

Requirements:

• Experience with social media management

• Strong photography and videography skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
