THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Loyalty team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for maximizing our client's affinity for Aritzia. You will play a pivotal role in the design, development and delivery of the loyalty strategy and program, collaborating cross functionally to ensure we create personalized, Everyday Luxury experiences to our clients across all loyalty touchpoints.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Loyalty, you will lead the team to:

  • Lead the design, delivery, and evolution of loyalty initiatives, including benefits, promotions, campaigns, and program enhancements.
  • Translate loyalty strategy into scalable operating models, member experiences, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive the loyalty strategy and lifecycle by partnering cross‑functionally to integrate loyalty into Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, client journeys, calendars, and business playbooks.
  • Enable the successful execution of targeted campaigns, offers, and personalized member experiences across loyalty touchpoints.
  • Drive adoption and organizational readiness by enabling teams to effectively leverage loyalty capabilities across the business.
  • Monitor program performance and partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize capabilities, grow member engagement, retention, and value.
  • Communicate business requirements across cross‑functional teams to align priorities, inform decision‑making, and drive successful delivery of loyalty initiatives.
THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Loyalty has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
  • Strong background in Marketing, Customer Experience strategy and delivery, enterprise-scale program management, or related fields.
  • Experience in retail, brand, or CPG environments and/or managing loyalty, membership, rewards, or customer engagement programs is an asset.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing teams to translate loyalty strategy into campaigns, contact strategies, and personalized messaging.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience leading end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional initiatives, from planning and launch through adoption and optimization.
  • Proven ability to communicate requirements, build alignment, influence decisions, and manage stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring program health, member engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year.
