We're looking for a values-driven content creator to make short-form video and social content that increases engagement metrics. You'll own the creative for our brands across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook. Filming, editing, and producing UGC-style videos and product content that builds genuine consumer connections. This is a hands‑on creative role with room to test ideas, spot trends early, and see your work go live fast.

You'll report to the Education Manager and work closely with our social and content team.

This is a full‑time, 6-month contract with potential to extend based on performance and business needs.

• Develop digital content in alignment with growth strategies and monthly plans for consumer marketing and digital advertising across our channels
• Create highly engaging and informative content for Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok
• Film and edit UGC-style videos and product content that feel native to each platform
• Community management on our social platforms to keep engagement up and setting up the posts for each brand
• Watch platform trends and bring fresh content ideas to the team
• Track and report on how your content performs against goals

• Experienced content generator including video and photo capture and editing for social and digital channels.
• Fluency with Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook as a creator, not just a user
• Experienced & passionate about working with brands in digital and social media (with project examples/portfolio to share)
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools to enhance output and streamline workflows
