Purpose (The "Why")
This role exists to capture and tell Misty West's story, and to turn our partner network into a reliable source of leads and qualified opportunities. The core skill is drawing the value proposition out of our engineers and the real pain points out of our customers, then packaging that into content, conversations, and partner relationships that grow the top of our funnel.
Most of the effort will be partnership and community-building work. What we're hiring for is the storytelling and questioning instinct behind it, because that's the part we can't teach.
Accountabilities (in priority order)
Get information out of our billable tech team and into the market.
Coordinate and plan events with partners, and run quarterly partner funnel reviews where we compare our pipeline against our partners' to surface useful leads and opportunities. (We'll build this process together.) Support event sponsorship efforts, growing into full ownership over time.

- Excellent interviewer and questioner, able to pull insight from technical experts and customers alike.
