Associate Marketing Manager

• Execute all necessary product launch deliverables for Canada, collaborating with many different functional stakeholders to ensure executional excellence
• Monitor post market launch to understand if any course correction is needed;
  Bias for action to solve for both short & long term launch success
• Present innovations to retail partners. Support key meetings and events like trade shows

Accelerate CYBEX brand growth by reaching more parents:

• Work with stakeholders on Omnichannel (Direct-to-Consumers & Retail Partners) plans & execution
• Work with external agencies to deliver activations to reach & educate more Parents

Collaborate internally to ensure short and long-term business success:

• This role will collaborate with many different functional stakeholders to ensure business success, including Sales, Product Management, Operation, Finance, Global Marketing, Ecommerce, etc.
• Support management of marketing budget, including purchase order processes and spend tracking
• Support planning processes from annual business planning to in-year planning cycles

Support other initiatives and deliverables as necessary

Required education and experience:

• University degree a MUST. Business degree preferred
• 0-2 years work experience. Internship work experience preferred as minimum
• Ideally have work experience with consumer goods & consumer brands
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Apps. Ideally have experience with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) that can execute marketing creatives (i.e. video cut downs, imagery work, etc.)
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Hands-on & strong attention to detail
• Excellent, succinct communication skills
