Position: Accenture Marketing Process Design Manager
Lead the redesign of marketing workflows as a Marketing Operating Model Manager r mission is to enhance accountability and speed through strategic process improvements.

Accenture is seeking a talented professional to advocate for effective marketing processes. This role encompasses assessing organizational structures and designing models that clarify decision-making and streamline operations. Work closely with stakeholders to align strategies that drive accountability across departments while integrating advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing marketing workflows and decision rights

• Design and document future-state operational models

• Revamp campaign and measurement processes for efficiency

• Produce maps and playbooks outlining new workflows

• Conduct workshops for stakeholder alignment and buy-in

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in marketing operations or consultancy

• Proven experience in redesigning operational frameworks

• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Workfront and CRM

• Excellent facilitation and written communication skills

• University degree required
