Marketing and Business Development Specialist

Drive impactful business development strategies at McCarthy Tétrault, a top Canadian law firm, as a specialist in marketing and client relationships. Work hybrid from Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, or Vancouver.

You will support Clients & Markets Leads in executing business development plans designed to expand existing client engagements while attracting new ones. The role demands proficiency in marketing tactics, strategic analysis, and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and business strategies for practice groups

• Execute client engagement initiatives and sponsor ships

• Compile and analyze business intelligence reports

• Support lawyer requests for information and credentials

• Track marketing efficacy using databases like Salesforce

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related

• Minimum 3-5 years in a relevant professional setting

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written

• Competency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce preferred

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
