As a Proposal Coordinator, you will contribute significantly to the proposal process, developing high-quality submissions that address RFPs. You'll be responsible for designing visuals in Adobe InDesign and coordinating necessary consultant information for optimal proposal presentation. This role intersects creativity and organizational skills, essential for shaping effective proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create competitive proposals tailored to RFP requirements
• Use Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator for design tasks
• Coordinate submissions from consultants effectively
• Proofread all proposal documents for compliance
• Customize profiles and team data for accuracy
Requirements:
• Background in marketing, communications, or related fields
• Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading
• Familiarity with graphic design is advantageous
• Competence in Adobe Creative and Microsoft 365
• Experience in professional services is preferred
