Position: Vancouver Whitecaps FC Digital Marketing Specialist
Join Vancouver Whitecaps FC as a Digital Marketing Coordinator focused on enhancing fan experiences through innovative marketing strategies. Your expertise in email and SMS marketing will be pivotal.

In this role, you’ll report to the Director, Digital, executing and optimizing campaigns to drive fan engagement and revenue. You'll use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create personalized journeys while collaborating closely with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute email and SMS marketing strategies to boost engagement

• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics

• Partner on integrated marketing campaigns across the Club

• Manage website content using the Club's CMS

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline

• 2-4 years focused on digital marketing practices

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools

• Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization

• Excellent communication and project management skills
