You'll be responsible for designing visuals in Adobe InDesign and coordinating necessary consultant information for optimal proposal presentation. This role intersects creativity and organizational skills, essential for shaping effective proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create competitive proposals tailored to RFP requirements

• Use Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator for design tasks

• Coordinate submissions from consultants effectively

• Proofread all proposal documents for compliance

• Customize profiles and team data for accuracy

Requirements:

• Background in marketing, communications, or related fields

• Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading

• Familiarity with graphic design is advantageous

• Competence in Adobe Creative and Microsoft 365

• Experience in professional services is preferred
