Marketing and Administrative Intern

Co-op / Intern

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic student to work in a paid internship (or co‑op position) for the summer doing various marketing and administrative tasks. Vitrium is a software company based in Vancouver, Canada that sells to organizations around the world. This is a unique position to help you gain some valuable work experience!

• Analyze the company's CRM data using pivot tables in Excel
• Display the results using various impactful graphs
• Create a PowerPoint presentation sharing the information you collected
• Conduct research into new markets the company is considering expanding into
• Track your research in a combination of Excel and Word files
• Assist the CEO or Director of Sales & Marketing with other tasks as needed

• Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program at a Canadian university or college
• Exceptional organizational & time management skills
• Strong written & verbal communications skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs:
  Word, Excel, Power Point
• Able to prioritize & work under tight timelines
• Self‑motivated & able to work independently

• Previous work experience in an office environment
• Experience using pivot tables in Excel
• Experience presenting information over Zoom
