As a Strategic Communications Manager, you will lead HDR's initiatives in stakeholder and Indigenous engagement, ensuring strong communication strategies for complex projects in infrastructure fields. You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, fostering relationships and driving practice growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the advancement of Strategic Communications across Western Canada's sectors
• Formulate strategic communications and public engagement approaches
• Counsel project teams on relationship management and engagement strategies
• Direct public engagement sessions and develop supportive materials
• Mentor Strategic Communications professionals within HDR
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant communications experience
• Proven leadership in project and client relationship management
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indigenous rights and consultation mandates
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Self-starter adept at network building and strategy execution
