PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR (Contract)Reporting to the Director, Partnerships & Member Experience, the Partnership Coordinator must have excellent organization and communication skills, be results oriented, and have the ability to effectively prioritize workflow in a fluid environment.

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annualized
WHAT WE OFFER- Professional work environment with hybrid options

- Be the point of contact for all confirmed sponsors
- Send activation emails to confirmed sponsors
- Work with marketing team to have sponsor logos added to event webpages
- Review all event eblasts and marketing material to ensure sponsors have been included as per entitlement
- Manage sponsor activation tracking
- Work with sponsors to obtain tables/guests names and dietary restrictions
- Manage all event-related private receptions/round tables (guest lists, RSVPs, onsite registrations)
- Arrange for all sponsor collateral (banners, table drops, etc.) to be delivered one week before events
- Collaborate with event lead on placement of sponsor on-site activations and take responsibility for set-up and takedown of sponsor banners etc.
- Work with the accounting team on invoice coordination
- Post-event, arrange to send back all unused sponsor collateral, banners, etc.
- Follow up with sponsor after the event with a thank‑you message
- Partnerships (Pillar, Foundational, Annual, and Programs/Training)
- Primary point of contact for all Partnership deliverables and regular communication
- Coordinate day‑to‑day requests involving Partners
- Consistent monitoring and coordination of deliverables for all Partners

- Prepare and email monthly summaries for all Partners along with events calendar
- Schedule quarterly meetings with accounting to reconcile/review partnership agreements
