• A marketing professional with 2+ years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
• Detail-oriented marketer skilled at managing multiple projects while maintaining high brand standards, consistency and accuracy.
• A strong communicator who builds relationships and collaborates well across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Google Suites and marketing tools, and leveraging AI to streamline daily workflows, with curiosity to do more.
• Creative and curious thinker who connects innovative ideas directly to business objectives..
• Customer-focused, viewing marketing through the eyes of the guest across every touchpoint.
• Adaptable and comfortable navigating shifting priorities and ad-hoc requests

• Project managing marketing campaigns, menu rollouts, seasonal activations, and special events, seamlessly delivering on strategies crafted by the Brand team.
• Supporting content planning and production: contributing concept ideas and execution plans, and supporting photo/video shoots alongside the content team.
• Running recurring community and regional campaigns — partnering with the PR and Brand teams and liaising with key stakeholders to bring them to life.
• Supporting competitive and market intelligence research to help inform marketing strategy.
• Taking on ad-hoc marketing initiatives as they come up, with the flexibility to jump between projects.

• Provide compensation between $70,000 - $80,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
