Growth Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Hours: Monday–Thursday | 6 hours/day | 24 hours/week

Schedule Options: 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Pay: $24–$27/hour, depending on experience

Growth Opportunity: Hours may increase fairly soon based on performance and business needs, with opportunities for pay increases and performance-based bonuses.

Search Pod is a growing digital marketing, software, and e-commerce company based in North Vancouver. We work across digital marketing, web development, SaaS, e-commerce, lead generation, and emerging technology.

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organized Growth Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations while contributing to marketing, social media, client communication, visual design, and business development.

This is an in-office position Monday through Thursday at our North Vancouver workspace located at 233 W 1st St #210, North Vancouver, BC V7M 1B3

The office is located within a professional co-working space with full amenities and several other companies working on the same floor. The workspace is bright and filled with natural light
, with comfortable ergonomic chairs and workstations designed for a productive and professional environment.

• Help manage and schedule social media content across company and client accounts
• Assist with content ideas, captions, campaigns, and content planning
• Research competitors, trends, and new marketing opportunities
• Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across digital channels
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed

• Create social media graphics, proposal visuals, presentations, website assets, and other marketing materials
• Use modern AI-powered design tools to create and refine visual content
• Work with existing brand guidelines and creative direction
• Help improve the visual quality and consistency of company and client materials
• Assist with image selection, layouts, and creative concepts

Advanced graphic design experience is not required. Most design work will be completed using AI-assisted creative tools
, but a strong visual eye, attention to detail, and interest in design are important.

• Prepare and organize client proposals, presentations, and supporting materials
• Follow up with inbound leads and prospective clients by email and phone
• Keep CRM records, opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps organized
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing communication
• Support business development and sales-related activities
• Ensure leads and client requests are followed up on consistently

• Manage Shopify orders and assist with customer inquiries
• Organize customer, project, supplier, and operational information
• Help coordinate internal projects and daily workflows
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks across multiple businesses
• Help improve and document internal processes as the company grows
• Research products, competitors, suppliers, manufacturers, and new business opportunities
• Contact suppliers and vendors for information, pricing, and follow-ups
• Test websites and internal software platforms as an end user
• Identify bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement
• Use AI and modern digital tools to research, organize information, and improve workflows
