At Tall Grass Natural Health, the E-Commerce Manager plays a key role in the marketing team, overseeing sales growth across multiple channels. You will develop retail and e-commerce expertise and drive strategic initiatives for Amazon Canada and Shopify. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational strategy for Amazon and Shopify platforms
• Manage monthly promotional budgets and P&L
• Mentor and provide leadership to junior team members
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing departments
• Analyze ecommerce metrics to optimize performance
Requirements:
• 4+ years managing Amazon and Shopify platforms
• Strong analytical skills in ecommerce metrics
• Experience with P&L reconciliation
• Familiarity with CPG or health supplements
• Passion for natural health is a plus
