As a Proposal Writer and Project Manager, you will manage end-to-end proposal and presentation projects supporting Aon’s Wealth growth. You will translate complex ideas into clear, client-focused content while collaborating with consultants, practice leaders, sales teams, designers, and subject matter experts. The work spans strategy, tailored messaging, presentations, and content tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage proposals and presentations from intake through delivery
Shape response themes, messages, and differentiators
Develop tailored content aligned with client needs
Partner with designers on brand-aligned deliverables
Maintain proposal libraries, templates, and tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
Experience developing strategic content and editing materials
Strong written and spoken English and French
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency
Bring bilingual communication, strategic content development, and organized project management to Aon’s Wealth pursuit team.
