Digital Marketing Communications Coordinator

Drive digital marketing and social media for UBC Properties Trust in Vancouver, coordinating content, campaigns, and community communications.

As Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will report to the Communications Manager and support residential and commercial communities. The work spans social channels, Word Press, paid social campaigns, events, communications materials, and monthly analytics. You will collaborate with Property Management, Development, leasing, tenants, and relevant teams.

• Create and schedule social media content across platforms
• Coordinate paid social and digital campaigns
• Edit and update website content in Word Press
• Track metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Create assets for social, digital, print, and events

• 4+ years marketing, communications, public relations, or digital marketing experience
• Proficiency with social scheduling tools and Google Analytics
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience supporting paid social campaigns, including Meta
• Portfolio with three to five relevant work samples
