Join our team and play a vital role in keeping our growing non-profit running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world experience in nonprofit operations, community outreach, and event coordination.

Viet Vibe Foundation is a Vancouver-based non-profit organization that builds community through music, sports, and cultural arts . We create inclusive spaces for Vietnamese youth, newcomers, and creatives to express themselves, connect, and grow.

As part of our core operations team, you’ll support day-to-day admin tasks and ensure our events and programs are delivered seamlessly. Whether it’s tracking expenses, responding to emails, or helping plan a concert, your role is central to our mission.

️ What You’ll Do
  • Handle email communications, document filing, and internal scheduling
  • Maintain and update organizational records and Google Drive structure
  • Assist with grant applications, financial reports, and project documentation
  • Support board and team meeting coordination (minutes, agendas, reminders)
  • Help organize logistics for events, workshops, and music nights
  • Communicate with vendors, volunteers, and partners
  • Track registration, feedback, and attendance data

Community & Internal Comms

  • Respond to public inquiries and route messages to the right team
  • Support onboarding of new volunteers and interns
  • Manage internal updates and communication channels
  • Experience or interest in nonprofits, community organizations, or event coordination
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and an excellent communicator
  • Basic budgeting or bookkeeping skills a plus
  • Fluency in Vietnamese is a bonus (but not required!)
