Peace Health is seeking a 0.75 FTE Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate and experienced Nursing Home Services team in beautiful Bellingham, Washington
.

• 0.75 FTE – Nursing Home Services

• Provide care for long‑term care residents and subacute rehabilitation patients (average 8–10 patients/day)
• Highly collaborative interprofessional team including 6 Physicians, 3 APCs, Social Worker, and medical support staff—strong emphasis on communication, coordinated care, and shared decision‑making
• Minimal call approximately 1:8 , phone‑call only, after hours until clinic opens again
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule

• Graduate of an accredited NP program;
  Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with two years of experience preferred
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams, hospice, and Skilled Nursing Facility care
• Comfort with management of acute geriatric issues (e.g., pneumonia, cellulitis, renal failure, CHF) and end‑of‑life care
