* Graduate of a recognized LPN program
* Active practicing registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
* Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 and CPR C certification
* 1+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
* Strong commitment to providing client-centered, compassionate care.#####

The Role:

Licensed Practical Nurse Vancouver (Maternity Leave Coverage)
• Provide expert and compassionate care, upholding established clinical standards.

Support individualized care plans for clients as prescribed by their physician or nurse practitioner.
• Ensure the thoroughness and precision of each client’s health medical record, upholding the utmost confidentiality. Actively contributes to maintaining accurate charts.
• Administer services including but not limited to immunizations, flu clinics, travel medicine assessments, ear irrigation, liquid nitrogen treatments, assisting with minor surgical procedures and other treatments as needed.
• Oversee the inventory of medical supplies, managing stock levels, expiration dates, and organization.
• Sterilize medical instruments and equipment using autoclaving procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary to promote care plans and act as a resource.
• Educate clients on healthcare needs, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
