Key Responsibilities:

• Observe care provision to assess learning needs

• Develop and evaluate educational strategies for staff

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Guide nursing staff in applying evidence-based practices

• Participate in administrative tasks related to education

Requirements:

• Current registration with BCCNM as RN or RPN

• Three years of nursing experience in relevant fields

• Teaching experience or facilitation roles required

• Valid BC Driver’s License (if local travel is needed)

• Strong understanding of recovery-oriented practices
