Key Responsibilities- Assist Nurse Manager with hiring and scheduling staff
- Lead the implementation of patient care standards
- Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance
- Supervise and support nursing personnel actions
- Promote open communication and teamwork
- Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- 3 years of Emergency nursing experience
- Preferred supervisory/leadership experience
- Basic Life Support certification required
