Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Department

In this integral role, you will assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily operations and staffing in the Emergency Department. With at least three years of nursing and Emergency nursing experience, you will play a key role in maintaining high care standards while fostering effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support hiring and staffing for the Emergency Department
• Implement clinical service delivery improvements
• Evaluate staff performance and assist with documentation
• Manage budgeting processes and departmental oversight
• Foster effective communication among team members
Requirements:
• Nursing degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• At least 3 years in Emergency nursing
• Preferred supervisory role experience
• Registered Nurse credentials mandatory
