Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join its innovative UBC Movement Disorders Clinic. In this role, you'll conduct follow-up visits, including Telehealth sessions, and help patients manage conditions like Parkinson’s disease. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality care and effective treatment plans in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses

• Initiate treatment and prescribe medications according to regulations

• Collaborate with health professionals for holistic care

• Develop evidence-based strategies for health improvement

• Participate actively in peer and program reviews

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner registration with BCCNM

• Prior NP experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• Ability to perform full scope NP duties

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
