Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and document physical and psychological conditions of residents

• Assist with personal care according to residents' needs

• Ensure compliance with infection control practices

• Evaluate health status, noting any deviations

• Support emergency staff scheduling when necessary

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized Practical Nursing program

• Active registration with BCCNM as an LPN

• Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification

• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

• Strong communication skills in English
