In this role, you will report to the Patient Care Manager and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing essential nursing care for a designated group of patients and residents. You'll be involved in developing and evaluating care plans, documenting care activities, and accommodating patient needs holistically while adhering to established protocols. Your expertise is vital in ensuring patient safety and promoting quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respectful nursing care aligned with patient-centered protocols

• Conduct thorough assessments and communicate findings promptly

• Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping

• Administer scheduled medications and monitor patient responses

• Deliver education and support to families and patients

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nurse program

• Active registration as an LPN with BC College of Nurses

• Certification in basic cardiac life support

• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities

• Physical stamina to fulfill nursing tasks
