Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress in real-time
• Deliver nursing care aligned with PHC standards
• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and families
• Engage in nursing orientation and share expertise
• Participate in developing patient care policies and practices
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration with the British Columbia College
• Postgraduate operating room training or two years' experience
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and patient interaction
• Competence in managing emergency situations
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
