RN​/RPN Long Term Care Staff

Support our residents cent's Langara as an RN/RPN in long-term care. This part-time role in Vancouver involves providing compassionate nursing services and developing care strategies to enhance resident well-being.
As a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will work within a collaborative team to deliver individualized care. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and assess resident health status and progress

• Communicate physician orders accurately to the care team

• Record all aspects of patient care in appropriate documentation

• Facilitate education and planning for discharge processes
Requirements:

• Practicing registration as RN or RPN in British Columbia

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• CPR training relevant to patient care

• Commitment to teamwork and conflict resolution

• Sufficient physical stamina for nursing duties
