Become a part of a dedicated team at Providence Health Care as a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse. You'll provide essential care and develop comprehensive care plans for residents in long-term care.
This role requires a commitment to person and family-centred care, where you'll supervise care staff, engage with physicians, and ensure high-quality living conditions for residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess residents' health status consistently
• Supervise and support nursing staff in care delivery
• Communicate and document physician orders and treatments
• Participate actively in education and patient care planning
• Administer appropriate medications and track their effectiveness
Requirements:
• Active RN or RPN registration in British Columbia
• Proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of CPR procedures relevant to nursing
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Physical capacity to perform nursing duties
