Under the supervision of the operations manager, the Clinical Research Nurse will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care and fulfill research protocols. This role demands experience in high acuity nursing and clinical research, alongside two years of relevant nursing experience. You will be responsible for participant assessment, data collection, and compliance with study documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical care to research participants

• Review and implement research protocols effectively

• Collect and analyze biological samples and test results

• Document findings meticulously in case report forms

• Communicate effectively with participants and team members
Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM

• Minimum two years nursing experience in research or critical care

• Competency in IV therapy and blood sampling techniques

• Strong knowledge of nursing theory and clinical practices

• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team setting
