Evergreen Nursing Services is looking for dedicated RNs or LPNs with palliative experience. This casual role offers flexible shifts that fit your lifestyle, ensuring a commitment to at least four shifts monthly. Collaborate with Vancouver Coastal Health's Home Hospice Program to provide quality end-of-life care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate palliative care at home
• Collaborate with Vancouver Coastal Health professionals
• Assist with symptom management and patient comfort
• Document care provided accurately and thoroughly
• Liaise with families for supportive care
Requirements:
• Licensed RN or LPN with BCCNM
• 6-12 months experience in acute or palliative care
• Availability for flexible day or night shifts
• Commitment to shift minimums
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
