Key Responsibilities:
• Assess new residents' care needs critically
• Develop and revise patient care plans with input
• Administer medications and monitor changes in health
• Provide direct support and personal care daily
• Mentor new nursing staff and contribute to team meetings
Requirements:
• Approved nursing education and BCCNM registration
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience required
• First Aid and BLS certification needed
• Long term care training is essential
• Familiarity with PCC system preferred
