Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

• Provide leadership and supervise nursing staff effectively

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor changes

• Administer medications and document care activities

• Support residents and families in care transitions
Requirements:

• Current RN or RPN registration in British Columbia

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• CPR certification for nursing services

• Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting

• Ability to manage the physical demands of nursing care
