• Execute nursing services in the operating room

• Work with the surgical team for optimal patient outcomes

• Participate in continual education and practice improvement

• Join committees and research initiatives as directed

• Maintain readiness to respond to surgical emergencies
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

• Two years of experience in an acute care operating room preferred

• Broad knowledge of surgical standards and patient care

• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork

• Ability to handle operating room equipment competently
