Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care for changing resident needs

• Ensure accurate medication administration and documentation

• Engage with families in urgent care situations

• Provide assessment and coaching to fellow nursing staff

• Carry out necessary complex nursing interventions
Requirements:

• Valid RN registration in British Columbia

• Background in gerontology and rehabilitation care

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Competence in Microsoft Office software

• Recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening report
